I am currently live streaming 5 Yogaworks classes a week:
Monday afternoon 2:00 – 3:15 PDT level 1
Wednesday afternoon 2:00 – 3:15 PDT level 1
Friday afternoon 2:00 – 3:15 PDT level 1
Saturday afternoon 2:00 – 3:00 PDT gentle yoga
and Sunday afternoon 2:00 – 3:00 PDT gentle yoga
Level 1 classes are suitable for all beginners – it’s a great class if you’ve never done yoga before and want a clear, safe and enjoyable introduction. It’s also good for experienced practitioners to occasionally slow down, revisit the fundamentals – even if you have an advanced practice it can feel really satisfying to take a gentler slower class now and then…..
The Gentle Yoga class is a little slower and easier than the level 1 class and is also a great introduction to yoga if you have never tried it before. it’s especially suitable for older practitioners or anyone dealing with injuries or physical conditions or again if you simply want a more relaxing class that will de-stress you.
The important thing is that when you practice yoga – that you find a class that you enjoy and feel comfortable taking. It’s supposed to be a positive experience whether you take class from me or someone else.
The beautiful thing about Yogaworks is that we have many fine teachers and many classes to choose from. So if one class doesn’t suit you – chances are excellent that you can find another class that you will really love.
